I am starting this topic for people who have purchased the inventory program and have questions, comments, or suggestions.  So far the only major issue that has surfaced has been for a user who had Microsoft Access 2002 and had problems using the file menu.  The issue was resolved easily by visiting the Microsoft Windows Update site, (www.windowsupdate.com) and updating his software.

User has discovered a bug where records could be saved to a non-existing invoice.  Easy fix.  The ATF logsheet report has also been improved, you now have the option of printing all logs with the click of a button.  (For us this took the # of log pages from 1200+ down to ~700 pages).  Additionally a form has been added for easy printing of current inventory.

Discovered a bug on the rack setup portion of the program, if a user stacked  a whole bunch of the same sized shells back to back in a vertical trajectory the program could go into an infinite logic loop.  Have repaired the bug and the rack setup program has been having perfect track record for predicting show setups.  Hurray!

Discovered a little bug in the product used report, apperantly the initialization that was supposed to occur repeatedly added null product number values to the types table.  The only effect of the bug was that it prevented grouping different effects by a chosen generic type.  You were supposed to be able to combine items like candles, tiger tails, and mines into a generic "front" category for example. Took me all of 20 seconds to fix it once I discovered the problem and it works great now.  Rock On
